As an Enrolled Agent, we can represent you in most activities with the IRS or the Florida Department of Revenue.

For clients, we have handled full audits; and, we have simply responded to an agency’s request for information.

In full audits, we have met with the IRS to present client information and to verbally support their position. We have also represented in collection and appeal issues.

We are not licensed to represent you in Federal District or Tax Court. In Criminal Investigation Division issues, we recommend that you contact a Tax Attorney. We know several and would be happy to provide their names for your consideration.

We handle all issues between the IRS and the Taxpayer, except those handled by the Criminal Investigation Division of IRS. We have been able, over the years to successfully handle issues involving IRS Audits, claims of erroneous entries on returns, penalties, etc.
